Important Team Information
At Borinquen Volleyball Academy, our 16U Regional program emphasizes consistent execution, positional development, and competitive teamwork. Athletes refine their technical skills, strengthen team systems, and learn to adjust to different opponents while developing responsibility and confidence on the court.
Rules
Athletes and families are expected to uphold good sportsmanship, attend practices and tournaments regularly, and respect coaches, teammates, and officials. Players should demonstrate effort, accountability, and timely communication about absences.
Lodging / Hotels
For travel tournaments, families are responsible for lodging and meals. Hotel blocks and booking instructions will be shared when available. Families must follow any tournament-required hotel booking procedures.
Disclaimer: The 16U Regional team may be upgraded to a National Team based on tryout performance. If upgraded, fees will increase from $3100 (Regional) to $3550 (National) to cover tournaments and coaches travel only, no additional training sessions will be added.
