Isaac Frondorf

Coach Isaac Frondorf brings a wealth of volleyball knowledge from both sides of the game, player and coach. He started competing in club volleyball at the U12–U14 level and later played for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU), serving as team captain for two years. He also played one season with the VLA Tier 2 Rockville Reign and gained valuable coaching experience as the ERAU Collegiate Women’s Head Coach.

Isaac’s approach centers on helping players recognize their potential and develop consistency through strong technical habits. He believes in combining strategy, focus, and teamwork to build complete athletes, those who excel under pressure and support one another on the court.
