Rachel Marino

Coach Rachel Marino brings years of experience as both a player and coach, making her a strong leader for young athletes entering competitive volleyball. She has been part of Borinquen Volleyball Academy for two seasons and has played for McDonough High School, Southern Maryland Volleyball Club, and the College of Southern Maryland. Her background as both an athlete and coach gives her a well-rounded understanding of the technical and mental aspects of the game.

Rachel’s philosophy centers on growth through learning and consistency. She prioritizes developing strong fundamentals while helping athletes build confidence and character that extend far beyond the court. Her coaching style focuses on communication, teamwork, and steady progress, ensuring every player feels seen and supported.
