Coach Carlos Estrada brings several years of coaching experience working with youth volleyball athletes from 14U through 18U, combining strong technical knowledge with a passion for athlete development. He began playing beach volleyball on the West Coast in 2019 and later gained collegiate-level experience as a volunteer coach at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, Oregon. His background in wrestling also gives him a unique perspective on discipline, body control, and competitive drive, qualities he instills in every player he mentors.
Coach Carlos believes that successful teams are built on consistency, communication, and relentless attention to detail. His philosophy centers on “sweating the small things,” helping athletes understand that mastering fundamentals leads to long-term success both in volleyball and in life.
